celebrates the area's rich Noongar heritage and its evolution from traditional gathering place to modern culinary event, reconnecting ancient food knowledge with contemporary cuisine.

Hosted by Wuddi Aboriginal Cultural Tours & Gallery in partnership with GATHER FOODS, the evening will celebrate a specially curated feast of native ingredients, locally sourced bushfoods, generous country hospitality, and stories stretching back thousands of years.

A sneak peek at some of the menu plates:
🦐 Charred yabbies with native butter, and fingerlime quandong salsa
🌿 Confit duck leg with mulberry and warrigals
🍽️ Roo fillet, with smoked ricotta, rhubarb glaze and native dukkah
